Our company evolved from a customer request. Our first software product was developed by a member of our support team that wanted to help a customer scan tardy students into school more efficiently. Since then, our scale has changed—our applications are used in over 1,500 schools in 75 districts around the country—but our customer–centricity has not. Every software update we make, every support message we send, and every phone call we answer is made with one goal in mind—to keep our customers happy and their schools successful.
